摘要
发展现代农业是社会主义新农村建设的首要任务,在经济全球化、全球信息化、信息技术化的历史背景下,农业信息化是发展现代农业的必然路径,但中国面临着信息基础设施仍然落后、无法形成信息需求机制、农业信息资源缺乏有效地规划与整合、农民的文化水平和信息素质较低等实现农业信息化的现实障碍,主要有通过完善基础设施建设和加大政策倾斜力度、科学规划农业信息资源、培育信息主体等是实现农业信息化的必然路径。
