自体骨即刻移植修复外伤性上颌前牙区牙槽骨缺损 被引量:2

AN IMMEDIATE BONE GRAFTING TECHNIQUE IN THE REPAIR OF TRAUMATIC ALVEOLAR BONE DEFECT OF UPPER JAW

摘要 目的探讨即刻骨移植方法修复外伤性上颌前牙区牙槽骨唇侧缺损的效果。方法选择10例因各种外伤引起的上颌前牙区牙槽骨唇侧部分缺损的病人,在清创缝合伤口的同时,切取大小合适的颅骨外板或颏部骨板移植到骨缺损的部位,钛钉固定,严密缝合牙龈及黏膜组织。3月后给予金属烤瓷固定义齿或种植义齿修复。结果10例病人软组织伤口均达到一期愈合,黏膜及牙龈组织形态良好,牙槽骨饱满,牙槽弓弧度满意,义齿修复后形态及功能满意。结论外伤引起的上颌前牙区牙槽骨唇侧部分缺损,在清创缝合伤口的同期进行自体骨移植,可以缩短疗程,节约病人费用,为义齿修复创造良好的条件。  Objective To explore an immediate bone grafting for traumatic defect of alveolar bone. Methods Ten patients suffering from defection of labial alveolar bones due to trauma were repaired by bone grafting while debriding and suturing the wound.The transplanted bone was taken from the cranial bone or the chin bone,and adhered to defective site with titanium nails. Results The wound of all patients healed seven days later,and the transplanted bones were well combined to the alveolar bones after three months.The alveolar arch was satisfied,and the shape and function of implanted dentures were satisfied as well. Conclusion The immediate bone grafting technique can be used as a kind of method to repair the alveolar bone defect due to trauma.
