摘要
以试验模态技术为基础,本文详细地研究了一小型三相异步电机的各部件及其电机的整体结构在不同状态下的模态特性,分别讨论了安装状态及连轴节对电机转子模态的影响以及电机的转子、端盖、安装状态和负载条件等对电机结构模态特性的影响。
On the basis of the test modal technique, the structural dynamical behaviours of a small three phase induction motor and its elements at different supplied and load conditions are studied, and the effects of the rotor, end shields and load conditions are dealt with in this paper. It is shown that there is a significant difference between the modal behaviours of the stator (only frame, core and windings) and of the motor, and the effects of the end shields and the load on the modal behaviours of the motor have to be considered. The orders of the circumferential models in different cross sections or the longitudinal models in different generatrices are not always equal, and it is possible to occur coupling between mode shape of the different orders in some models. The more the load, the greater the influence of the load on the modal behaviours will be.
