摘要
制造执行系统作为连接计划管理系统(ERP/MRPⅡ)和生产控制系统的桥梁与纽带,对车间层生产调度的优化、生产过程的改进等方面起了重要的作用;分析在网络化制造环境下制造执行系统(MES)存在的问题及功能的局限性;针对传统制造执行系统的局限性,提出基于WEB平台的MES设备管理的实际解决方案,给出了具体的系统开发实例。
MES （Manufacturing Execution System） plays an important role in supporting manufacturing across a wide range of functions, including scheduling optimization of plant, modification of process etc. It is a bridge between management system and control system of facilities. This paper studies the problems and limitation of the traditional MES, for the limitation, a practical MES equipment management solution based on WEB was proposed. At last, one instance was analyzed and realized by using the solution.
