摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2溶胶,采用浸渍-过滤法将TiO2负载于载体颗粒竹炭(BC)的表面,制成竹炭负载二氧化钛的复合物TiO2/BC,并对甲醛进行吸附实验。结果表明:BC和TiO2/BC对甲醛都具有较强的吸附,但是达到饱和吸附时,TiO2/BC的吸附量较大,单位时间内TiO2/BC的吸附甲醛的质量比BC多,且经过多次负载的TiO2/BC其对甲醛的吸附量增加,以负载3次为佳。
TiO2 sol was prepared by a sol-gel method using butyl titanate as raw material, and TiO2 photocatalyst loaded on granular bamboo charcoal (TiOjBC) was prepared by a molecular soakage-filtration method using granular bamboo charcoal (BC) as supporter. The adsorption of such TiO2/BC photocatalysts against formaldehyde was studied. The results show that: BC and TiO2/BC possess favorable adsorption ability to formaldehyde, but the capacity of TiO2/BC was larger than that of BC when the capacities were saturate. The adsorption mass of TiO2/BC to formaldehyde was more than that of BC in per unit time. And the adsorption capacity of TiO2/BC to formaldehyde using three-time loaded TiO2/BC photocatalysts increases along with the loading times increasing.
