摘要
本文首先介绍了加拿大的工程伦理学教育,然后分析了工程伦理学对于可持续发展和构建和谐社会的重要意义,讨论了我国目前注册环保工程师考试制度中存在的问题,工程伦理学在我国的学术建构和制度建构,工程伦理学与生命伦理学和理论伦理学的关系,最后笔者认为科技与人文的和谐是社会和谐的重要组成部分。
The paper provides a brief introduction of the engineering ethics education in Canada, an analysis of the significance of engineering ethics for the sustainable development and the construction of social harmony. The paper also addresses the problems in the implementation of registered environment engineers and the institutional development of engineering ethics in China, what can be learned from bioethics. The author argues that the harmony between engineering and humanity is an essential part of the social harmony.
