摘要
研究了以多官能团环氧树脂及液体酸酐为基体,以叔胺为促进剂组成的中温固化、高温使用树脂体系。利用正交试验优选了树脂配方。该树脂体系黏度低、适用期长、力学性能良好、耐热性高,其Tg达163℃。经优选法确定的树脂配方为:环氧树脂100质量份,MNA酸酐固化剂用量的实验系数(C取值)0.9,促进剂1.2份,固化条件为120℃/6 h。复合材料在高温下的力学性能保持率较高。该树脂体系适于湿法缠绕成型工艺。
In this paper the resin system cured at moderate temperature and applied at high temperature was studied. It consists of multi-functional epoxy resin and liquid anhydride as the matrix,trialkylamine as the accelerant. After optimizing the formula by orthogonal test. ,the characteristic of the resin system is low viscosity ,long pot-life, excellent mechanical properties and good heat resistance . The optimized formula is: epoxy resin 100 parts, MNA anhydride amount (value C)0.9 and accelerant 1.2 parts; the curing condition is 120℃/6 h Its T reached to 163 ℃. It is suit able for the wet-winding forming process.
