摘要
针对华容河防洪治涝中的严重隐患、水资源季节性短缺和水污染严重等突出问题,通过技术经济论证和方案比选,推荐加固堤防、河口建排水泵站、河道疏浚、引江济河、污水防治等综合治理方案,该方案较符合实际情况、投资省、能较好地提高华容河防洪能力、保障饮用水安全,以及修复河流的生态功能,实现人水和谐。
In accordance with the significant hidden dangers in the waterlog control and flood control of Huarong River and the obvious problems of seasonal shortage of water resources and serious water pollusion therein, the such as embarkment reinforcement, constructing drainage pumping station at river estuary, dredging of river channel, water transfer from Yangtse River to Huarong River and prevention of water pollution etc. are recommended herein based on the techno-economic evaluation and scheme comparison concerned. The scheme recommended is suitable for the actual conditions with the advantages of investment saving, enhancement of the flood control capacity, safety guarantee of drinking water, improvement of the ecological function of the river, and achieve living harmoniously with nature and water.
