摘要
20世纪70年代以来,以信息技术为代表的高新技术的发展,对经济与社会的进步产生了日益深刻的影响。信息技术的发展与应用也催生了物流信息化。物流信息化是现代物流的灵魂,也是现代物流发展的必然要求。信息化对物流成本控制造成了正面和负面的双重影响,深刻认识这些影响,趋利避害,才能促使我国物流产业信息化建设又好又快的发展。
Since 1970s, the development of high technology especially the information technology has great impact on the progress of social economy. The utilizing and developing information technique midwifery the informatization. Logistics informatization is the spirit of modern logistics. Inforrnatization has both positive and negative influence on the control of logistics cost. Only realizing these impacts can we impel the development of the logistics industry faster and healthier.
