摘要
目的:了解过氧乙酸与二溴二氯甘脲消毒剂的杀菌效果及协同作用。方法:采用载体定量杀菌试验进行实验室观察。结果:在20℃时作用15分钟,复方过氧乙酸即500mg/L过氧乙酸与284mg/L二溴二氯甘脲消毒剂的混合液,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率达到100%,而500mg/L的过氧乙酸和284mg/L的二溴二氯甘脲单一成分对其杀灭率分别为99.21%和99.68%,有机物对该消毒剂杀菌效果有一定的影响。结论:过氧乙酸与二溴二氯甘脲具有协同杀菌作用。
Objective：To discuss germicidal efficacy and synergic action of disinfectant of peracetic acid and dibromo-dichloro-glycoluril. Methods：Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results：The results showed that The compound disinfectant of pcracctic acid with 15 min of contact time could kill 100% of spores of bacillus subtills var. niger at 20℃. The single ingredient 500 mg/L pcracctic acid and dibromo-dichloro-glycoluril containing available chlorine 284 mg/L could kill 99.21% and 99.68% of the spores respectively. Organic substance had certain influence on the germicidal efficacy of this compound disinfectant. Conclusion： Pcracctic acid and dibromo-dichloro-glycoluril has syncrgic germicidal function.
