摘要
探讨临床药学监护(PC)的概念及其产生和发展,提出实施药学监护(PC)的必要性和可行性,有利于医院提高用药水平,减轻医药费用负担,是完善医药体制改革的重要举措之一。药学监护是一种全新的药学服务模式,"以病人为中心,提供全优的药学服务"是今后医院药学工作的核心内容,而合理用药则是这项工作的重点,我们必须接受新的药学服务理念,创造条件付诸实施。
Exploring the definition of pharmaceutical care, its generation and development and putting forward the necessity and feasibility in practicing pharmaceutical care which can help upgrade the level of drug therapy and alleviate the burden of drug expenditure is one of the important measures in perfecting reformation of medication system. Pharmaceutical care is a brand - new model of pharmaceutical service. The core of the future work in pharmacy is to offer excellent pharmaceutical service on the basis of ＂patient - orientation＂. The key point is reasonable drug therapy. We must accept the new idea of the brand- new service of pharmacy and create conditions to put it into practice.
