摘要
PVC塑料异型材的低温落锤冲击性能与主型材加热后尺寸变化率是GB/T8814—2004《门、窗用未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)型材》标准规定的15项检验指标中具有典型代表意义的2项技术指标,探讨这2项技术指标的影响因素及其相互之间的相关性,为综合提高PVC型材的各项性能,提出了对应的调整措施。
Low temperature tup impact property of plastic profile shapes and dimension change rate of main profile shapes after heating are two typical technical indexes among 15 testing indexes stipulated in standard GB/T 8814-2004 "Non-plasticized PVC-U for door/window".Discussions are made on influencing factors of the two technical indexes and its correlativity,and put forward the correspondent adjustment measures for comprehensively improve the properties of PVC profile shapes.
