摘要
目的:探讨利用自体植骨及Gamma钉内固定的方法来治疗股骨转子下骨折不愈合的疗效。方法:36例患者的治疗方法均为切除硬化骨、打通髓腔、自体植骨及Gamma钉内固定,术后牵引制动患肢,定期复查X线片。结果:全部患者均达到骨折愈合功能优良。结论:此方法对股骨转子下骨折不愈合治疗效果满意,是一种有效的临床治疗方案。
Objective ：To investigate the treatment method of the disunion of subtrochanteric fractures of the femur by Gamma nail and autogenous bone graft.Methods：To review retrospectively the treatment of 36 cases of the disunion of subtrochanteric fractures of the femur. All patients received excision hardening bone, getting through the marrow cavity, autogenous bone graft and internal fixation with Gamma nail. Results：All fractures healed and showed good functions. Conclusion：This method is a good choice to treat the disunion of subtrochanteric fracture of the femur and has a good curative effect.
