摘要
本文叙述了Fz-12固液分离机的设计原理与原则,详述了主要技术性能指标及其生产工艺流程,并对样机进行空载和试运行检验。结果表明各项性能和技术指标均符合Q/HX JJ001-2004产品质量标准,对粪污悬浮物去除效果好,说明该机对降低粪便污水有机物浓度与促进粪渣多层次循环综合利用具有重要作用。
Design principles of solid-liquid separator FZ-12 were presented in this paper with a detailed recount of its technical capability and process flow. The performance showed an effective removal of suspending materials of dung wastewater, and it was coincident to the quality standard of Q/HXJJ001-2004. The separator could effectively decrease organic content of dung wastewater and promote the comprehensive use of it.
