摘要
采用Fenton试剂氧化处理聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)污水取得了良好的效果。通过正交试验得到了Fenton试剂各影响因素的影响权重,并通过单因素实验确定了最佳实验条件。研究了Fenton试剂中各影响因素的作用机制,在最佳实验条件下,HPAM的降解率能达到近89%。针对Fenton试剂氧化处理HPAM的反应特性,深入研究了反应动力学模型,确定反应为一级反应。
Fenton oxidation was effective for degradating HPAM in a polyacrylamide wastewater and achieving a high degree of COD removal at the same time. An orthogonal experimental program was conducted to determine the effects of temperature, reaction time, starting concentrations of Fe^2+ and H2O2. The optimal treatment conditions (pH = 3, reaction temperature = 40℃ , Fe^2+ = 3.00 rnmol/L, H2 02 = 10.0 retool/L), under which the oxidation removed about 89% of HPAM, were defined by the results of series of single-factor experiments. The HPAM concentration decay curve was well represented by the first-order reaction model.
