摘要
悬架是车辆中联结车身和车轮的纽带,具有承上启下的关键作用,在使用过程中来自路面的冲击载荷容易造成悬架的断裂破坏。为保证结构的安全工作,需要依据结构可靠性的要求对悬架系统进行结构设计。文章介绍了结构可靠性设计的理论,并针对悬架结构不太规则的特点提出了基于结构可靠性和有限元方法相结合的设计方法。最后给出了悬架结构的设计实例。该研究为悬架结构的设计和实验提供了理论依据。
Suspension is an important component that link body with wheel on vehicle. During the using, the impact loads that come from road surface can make the fracture damage of suspension. To ensure the suspension safety, it is necessary to design the suspension structure based on reliability. In this paper, the reliability theory is introduced. At the same time, the design method that structure reliability combines with finite element is presented aimed at the suspension structural characteristics that structure is not inerratic. At last, an example is provided to illustrate the design method. The work in this paper provides theory foundation for the suspension structure design and destroy test.
