摘要
本科生导师制是提升学生的综合素质的有效途径,文章阐述了医学院校实行本科生导师制的重要性和必要性,分析了医学院校实行导师制所面临的具体问题,对如何实行导师制提出了建议和对策。
Tutor system for undergraduate is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of students. This paper discussed the importance and necessity of implementation of tutor system for undergraduate in medical tmiversities and colleges and analyzed the problems during implementing tutor system for undergraduate. The paper put forward some suggestions for how to implement tutor system.
