摘要
有线电视用户管理系统作为目前信息管理系统颇为典型的一种，已经是有线电视运营公司针对用户管理必需的一套工具。主要介绍了有线电视管理系统的整体设计以及利用编程工具VB＋Access数据库的方式实现编程开发的过程。
As a typical information management system, the Cable TV Subscriber Management System has been an indispensable tool which CATV company use to subscriber management. This article mainly introduces the integral designing of the system and the process of programming through VB ＆ Access database.
