术中皮层脑电图监测在癫痫外科中的应用 被引量：25

摘要 自开展癫痫外科以来,皮层脑电图监测(ECoG)一直是手术中非常重要的一项检查手段。癫痫外科医生通过监测结果来判断致痫灶的部位与范围,从而指导手术切除。然而伴随医学的飞速发展以及人们对癫痫认识的不断深入,ECoG在癫痫外科中的作用正逐渐发生改变。本文将综述当前ECoG在癫痫外科中的应用方法、规律以及局限性,希望可以促进癫痫外科医生应用此项监测手段的水平。
