磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路与肿瘤化疗

摘要 化疗在肿瘤治疗中占据着不可替代的重要地位,如何预防或克服耐药已成为临床研究的热点和难点问题。随着对信号转导与肿瘤关系的深入研究,从信号转导角度探索肿瘤耐药机制,认识到针对信号转导异常环节进行干预是探索逆转耐药的新思路等,对提高肿瘤化疗敏感性有重要意义。以肿瘤分子生物学为基础,综述磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路在肿瘤化疗中可能的调节作用,有利于寻求新的治疗模式和提高治疗增益比。
