摘要
以十二碳二酸和己二胺为原料,采用熔融缩聚的方法合成了尼龙612,研究了尼龙612的合成及其性能。结果表明,适宜的合成条件为中和成盐反应温度50~100℃、聚合温度240~260℃、常压聚合时间2~3 h、94~98 kPa减压聚合时间40~100 min。尼龙612的红外光谱与杜邦公司Zytel-151 L基本吻合,放大实验的重复性较好。
Nylon 612 was synthesized from lauryl binary acid and hexandiamine via melt polycondensation. The synthesis and properties of nylon 612 were studied. The results showed that the reasonable synthesis conditions were as followed: salt-forming neutral reaction temperature 50 -100℃, polymerization temperature 240 -260℃, normal-pressure polymerization time 2 -3 h, vacuum polymerization at 94 -98 kPa for 40 - 100 min. The IR spectra of nylon 612 almost coincided with Dupont Zytel-151 L. The repeatability of pilot experiments was satisfving.
