摘要 斯伦贝谢、哈里伯顿、贝克休斯等国际著名石油工程技术服务公司的发展壮大,与它们长期重视战略研究、制定与时俱进的发展战略、实施战略管理和创新密不可分。战略研究是制定发展战略、实施战略管理的基础和前提条件。为了制定切实可行的发展战略,并有效地实施战略管理,尽快提高综合竞争力,缩小与国际知名石油工程技术服务公司的差距,中国的石油工程技术服务公司迫切需要加强战略管理研究工作,包括:1)建立洞察力和行业先见;2)拥有高水平认知;3)构筑战略管理创新模型,为制定发展战略、实施战略管理奠定坚实的基础。 The development and expansion of such well-known international tech service providers as Schlumberger, Halliburton and Baker Hughes is closely related to their long-term focus on strategic research, their establishment of development strategies able to advance with the times, and their implementation of strategic management and innovation. Strategy research is the foundation and the prerequisite for establishing development strategies and putting strategic management into practice. In order to set out practical, feasible development strategies and effectively implement strategic management, rapidly improve overall competitive power, and close in on the prominent international firms, China's technical service companies must take a closer look at strategic management. This includes: 1) Establishing mechanisms for insight and industry forecasting; 2) A higher degree of perception; 3) Creating innovative models, laying a solid foundation for development strategies and strategic management implementation.
