摘要
以装载机工作装置主要受力件之一的连杆作为研究对象,结合多刚体动力学和柔性体动力学理论,建立连杆的刚-柔耦合运动学、动力学数学模型。并在ANSYS软件中生成它的有限元模态中性文件,将其导入到ADAMS软件中建立的装载机工作装置虚拟样机上,进行相应的运动学、动力学仿真分析。研究工作装置中连杆柔性体对工作装置性能的影响,揭示了工作装置中柔性体与刚性体耦合时的运动学、动力学特性,为复杂机械系统运动学、动力学特性的研究提供了可供借鉴的思路。
Combining theory of multi-rigid-body dynamics with flex-body dynamics theory,taking linkage,one of main loading parts,as the object of research,a finite element model neutral file of linkage is generated in ANSYS software,and then by applying it with the virtual prototyping of loader working equipment,which is built in ADAMS,the corresponding kinematics and dynamics simulation is performed in ADSMS environment.In this paper,the influence of the flex-body linkage in the loader working equipment on its performance is researched,and kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the rigid-flex coupling linkage are discovered.All of these provides a feasible researching schedule for kinematics and dynamics characteristics of complex mechanical system.
