摘要
猪肉供应链管理有利于猪肉加工企业准确把握消费者需求、优化组织结构、提升企业竞争力。文中以四川邛崃金利实业有限公司为例,着重剖析了该厂猪肉供应链结构及供应链管理的特征,并进一步提出提升其供应链竞争力的对策措施。
Supply chain management is a valid way for pork processing enterprises to meet the needs of consumers, to optimize organization structure and improve its competitiveness. This paper takes Jinli Industrial Co. Ltd in QiongLai City of Sichuan as an example, analyzes the structure of the pork supply chain and the characteristic of supply chain management. Finally puts forward the countermeasures to promote its supply chain competitiveness.
