摘要
影响双点压力机垂直度的因素有多种,其中曲柄运动的同步性是影响压力机精度的主要因素,也是较难解决的问题。本文首先建立理论模型,运用数学手段将该问题从理论上进行论证,分析清楚其中的道理,从而找到解决问题的办法,最后结合实践,对该方法的应用举例说明。
There are many affecting factors about the squareness of two-point press, of which the synchronous movement of the cranks is the main one. In the text, the theoretical model has been set up. By adopting mathematical method,the problem has been analyzed from theoretical aspect to find the effective solving method.Finally,its application has been exemplified according to the practice.
