摘要
目的采用紫外分光光度法测定红霉素明胶微球的含量。方法紫外分光光度法。结果红霉素溶液在0.0191~0.0522mg·mL^-1浓度范围内,吸收度与浓度之间呈良好的线性关系C=0.0663A-0.0008mg·mL^-1,r=0.9999:总平均回收率99.91%,RSD=0.28%(r=9)。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,适用于该制剂的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE To determine erythromycin content in erythromycin gelatin microspheres. METHODS Erythromycin was determined at 482 nm and blank control had little interference. Methods : Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used. RESULTS The erythromycin presented linear within the range of 0. 0191 -0. 0522mg ·mL^-1 ,r =0. 9999. The recovery was 99.91% ,RSD =0. 28% (n =9). CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid,and accurate in content determination of erythromycin gelatin microspheres.
