摘要
为保证污水回收系统作业污水不落地,达到井场环保要求,设计了压裂车污水回收系统。泵头三通改造实现了管汇清污,解决了压裂车的现场排污问题,可实现环保作业,消除安全隐患。该系统的推广为特车环保改造搭建了新的技术平台,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
A sewage self-reclaim system of fracturing car is designed to assure that sewage of the sewage reclaim system not fall to the ground, and reach the well field environmental protection requirements. The upgrading of pump three-way succeed in clearing out sewage at pipe link, it tackled the problem that the fracturing car sewage-pulling out in field, then could work in environmental protection, and eliminated hidden danger. The extension of this system will establish a new technology flat rod for special car environmental protection reconstruction and have a promising foreground.
