摘要
目的于不同微乳体系中筛选出增敏效果最佳的微乳介质测定胃铋治片剂中的铋含量,为测定药物中铋含量的最佳方法提供依据和指导。方法分别以SDS、S-40单一和复配体系配制不同的微乳液,考察各体系对分光光度法测定铋含量的增敏作用,以筛选出的增敏效果最佳微乳体系为介质,测定胃铋治中铋含量。结果10号微乳体系增敏效果最佳,在10号微乳介质中测定的胃铋治片剂中的铋含量为169.5mg/g。结论不同配方的微乳液在铋的光度分析法中增敏效果明显不同,S-40/SDS按一定比例复配所形成的微乳体系对光度法测定铋含量具有明显的增敏作用,在该体系中测定铋含量具有灵敏度高,检测下限低,抗干扰能力强等优点,可用于药物中铋含量的测定。
Objective In order to provide a new microemulsion medimum for determing the bismuth more effectively of stomach medicine, and seclect the most sensitive system for the determination. Methods The sensing effects of O/W microemulsion formed by SDS and polyoxyethylene monostearin seperatedly and the microemuosions formed by both of them with different contents for the determination of bismuth by spectrophotometry, were investigated. And the most effective system was seclected for determing the bismuth in stomach medicine. Results The results indicated that the absorbance of standard bismuth in the microemulsion 10 (formed by n- heptane (Sml),n- butanol (lml), distilled water (40ml), NaCl (0.0015g) SDG (0.0626g) polyoxyethylene monostearin (0.2162g)) is bigger than other microemulsion medium and the medimum that does not include microemulsion, and the content of bismuth in the stomach medicine is 169.5mg/g in this medimum. Conclusion The distinct difference were existed among the sensing effects of O/W microemulsion with different contents. When the concentration of bismuth in solution is identical under the same maximum absorption wavelength.. The 10 microemulsion is the most effective in our experiment.The method can be applied to the determination of bismuth in stomach medicine with satisfactory results..
