摘要
石油与天然气钻井作业是一个风险性大、发生事故危害后果严重的作业,为了预防钻井作业过程中的各种事故,文章阐述了行为矫正技术预防事故的原理,结合石油与天然气钻井作业的特点,将行为矫正技术应用到钻井作业事故预防中,提出了基于行为的事故预防方法:通过对钻井作业人员发生的不安全行为功能分析,对钻井队员的作业行为进行前提控制和对安全行为和不安全行为实行差别强化。经现场应用,取得了较好的预防事故发生效果。
Oil and gas drilling was highly risky work, probably causing very serious consequences. In order to prevent the accidents in the process of drilling operation,in combination with the characteristics of the oil and gas drilling operation, the principles of guarding against accidents were explained by means of behavior modification. Behavior modifying techniques were used for drilling accident prevention, some proposals were put forward on taking precautions against drilling accidents based on behavior: by way of functional assessment on the unsafe behaviors of drilling staff, the behaviors of the workers can be controlled antecedently, and their safe and unsafe behaviors can be affected by different reinforcements. After it is applied to some drilling projects, this method has achieved satisfactory results.
