Antitumor effect of hispidulin in vivo and in vitro

摘要 目的:研究艾蒿提取物粗毛豚草素(hispidulin,HPDL)的抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用MTT法检测HPDL对体外培养的3种人肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用;体内试验采用小鼠实体瘤S180、肝癌H22细胞株接种小鼠,然后连续给药10d,计算抑瘤率。结果:HPDL在30~100μg/ml剂量范围内对3种肿瘤细胞均有抑制作用,且呈剂量依赖关系(r=0.985,P<0.01);体内试验小鼠分别灌胃给予2.5、5、10mg/kg3个剂量的HPDL,对接种的实体瘤S180、肝癌H22细胞株的抑瘤率分别为25.7%~67.7%和33.8%~75.6%。结论:HPDL对体外培养的人肿瘤细胞和接种的小鼠肿瘤具有明显抑制作用。 To study the antitumor effect of hispidulin (HPDL) extracted from Artemisia argyi in vivo and in vitro . Methods: The inhibitory effect of HPDL on three kinds of human tumor cells proliferation was assayed by MTr method;Transplant tumor models of S180 and H22 were used. After transplantation ,different doses of HPDL were given to the mice for 10 days . The inhibitory rates were calculated. Results: HPDL (30 - 100μg/ml) inhibited the prohferation of three kinds of tumor cells in vitro, antitumor effect of HPDL was in a dose - dependent manner( r = 0. 985, P 〈 0.01 ) ; The inhibitory rates of HPDL ( IP 2.5, 5,10mg/kg) were 25.7% - 67.7% and 33.8% - 75.6% in tumor - bearing mice with S180 and H22 respectively. Conclusion: HPDL could inhibit the proliferation of three kinds of tumor cells in vitro and presented antitumor effect on the tumor- bearing mice.
