摘要
利用"雾化流纤维静态涂覆法"对煤沥青碳纤维表面进行改性,在碳纤维表面涂覆各种不同的聚合物乳液。用荧光显微镜和SEM对改性的纤维表面进行分析,并对其在水泥砂浆中的握裹力进行了研究。结果表明:各种聚合物乳液均可涂覆在碳纤维表面,形成一定厚度致密或骨节突起状涂层。且改性后沥青碳纤维在水泥砂浆中分散性较好,握裹力均提高,最大可以达到61%。
In the study,various polymer emulsions were coated on the surface of coal tar pitch carbon fibers by adopting the surface modification technique-atomized flow static coating method.The shapes of the carbon fiber surface after modification were analyzed by SEM and fluorescence microscope, and its bonding strength in the cement mortar was tested,The results showed that the polymer emulsions were all able to be coated on the surface of carbon fibers, and the protuberant condyle coating or highly dense coating were obtained.The bonding strength of the coal tar pitch carbon fiber after modification were all improved in the cement mortar, and the maximum improvement of the bonding strength can reach 61%.
