摘要
分析了上海市生活垃圾产生量增长情况及原因,从管理、经济、技术3方面提出了上海市操作性较强的生活垃圾减量化措施。
The circumstance and causes about output increasing of Shanghai domestic waste were analyzed. Then three practical means including management, economy and technology to reduce the output of municipal domestic waste were brought out.
