摘要
在分析原有航路容量模型的基础之上,将航路容量划分为航路起始点的过点容量和航路本身的固定容量两部分,建立新的最大容量模型,使航路长度成为容量的影响因素之一.同时,引入实时天气状况和空域活动等动态因素的影响系数建立航路动态容量模型,增强了航路最大容量模型的实用性.
After analyzed the old en route capacity model, based on the way to divide me en route capacity into two parts: start point' s pass capacity and fixed capacity, this paper provide a new maximum capacity evaluation model with the en route' s length as an influence factor. According to the real-time influence of weather and area' activity, the authors define the influence modulus and establish an en route dynamic capacity model to strengthen its practicability.
