摘要
目的探讨再造护理技术操作服务流程对提高护理质量的可行性。方法重新编写护理技术操作服务流程和制订考核标准,并组织实施,对比分析实施前后的相关指标。结果编写了23项护理技术操作服务流程。实施再造流程前后,相关护理评价指标的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论再造护理技术操作服务流程对提高护理质量有重要的意义,具有良好的应用前景,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To probe into the feasibility of raising the nursing quality by reconstructing service flow-sheet of nursing techniques and manipulation. Methods The flow-sheet of nursing techniques and manipulation as well as examination standard were worked out and then put into practice. The related indices were compared between before and after its being practiced. Results The service flow-sheet of nursing techniques were compiled, containing 23 items. In comparison of pre- and post-execution of the flow-sheet, there were significant differences in the related nursing evaluation indices （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The satisfaction rate was markedly raised through investigation and examinations statistically （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Reconstruction of service flow-sheet of nursing techniques and manipulation is of importance for the improvement of nursing quality. It is worth popularizing because of its prospect in practical use.
