摘要
应用微波提取技术,通过单因素和正交试验,选择提取肉桂油树脂的最佳工艺。该工艺分两步实现:第一步用乙醚萃取,探讨了原料粒度、固液比、萃取功率对肉桂油树脂萃取得率的影响,并采用3因素4水平的正交试验,得出其最佳工艺条件为:原料粒度60目、固液比1∶5、萃取功率300W,萃取得率可达8.33%;第二步则采用丙酮进一步地回收肉桂油树脂。
Best extraction craft of Cinnamon oleoresin by microwave extraction technology was studied through single factor and orthogonal experiment. This craft was divided two steps, used the ether extract at first. Factors affecting Cinnamon oleoresin extraction yields, such as raw material granularity, the liquid-solid ratio, the extract power, were discussed. And by orthogonal experiments used three factors four levels, optimal technological conditions were achieved as follows: raw material granularity 60 item, the liquid-solid compares 1:5, extract power 300W. The extract rate had reached 8.33% o Second, recycled Cinnamon oleoresin used the acetone, and discussed factors affecting Cinnamon oleoresin extraction yields to raw material granularity, the liquid-solid ratio, the extract power and the extract temperature.
