摘要
采用电感耦合等离子质谱法和高效液相色谱法测定了长白山地区野生香薷中的18种微量元素和8种维生素的含量。微量元素铁、锌、锰含量较高,分别为727.3μg/g、124.57μg/g和85.52μg/g,对人体有害元素铅、砷、镉含量低于国家标准。胡萝卜素、VC和VE的含量相对较高,分别为2.77、16.70和0.72mg/100g。野生香薷是一种具有较高的营养和医疗及保健价值的药食两用蔬菜。
Inductive Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)and High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)method for the content determination of 18 kinds of trace elements and 8 kinds of vitamins were established in wild Esholtzua cltiata (Thunb)Hyland on Changbai mountain region .The higher content of trace elements are iron (727.3μg/g), zinc (124.57μg/g)and manganese (85.52μg/g).The insulting content of trace elements such as lead, arsenic and cadmium are lower than the Chinese National Standard. The higher content of vitamins are carotene (2.77mg/100g), Vc(16.70mg/100g) and VE(0.72mg/100g). The wild Esholtzua cltiata (Thunb)Hyland is officinal and edible vegetable of nutrition, medical treatment and health care.
