基于虚拟维修仿真的人体关节动态受力分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对某些慢操作的维修作业,提出将维修作业视为一组有序的静态姿势,通过计算每个静态姿势下的人体关节力矩,可以分析整个作业过程中人体关节力矩变化。最后以装甲车维修任务为例,将静态受力分析和动态仿真进程绑定,在JACK平台上设计和实现了虚拟维修仿真过程中人体关节力矩的动态分析,并采用NIOSH81评价准则对维修作业过程中人体操作姿势的合理性进行实时评价。 Changing on virtual human joint moments in simulation is significantly meaningful to analyz the productions maintainability. For some maintenance work it requires slow operations, and the simulation process can be viewed as a sequence of static postures. Changes of joint moments during the whole process can be observed by computing each static posture joint moments. Taking the example of armor vehicle maintenance task, binding static human force model to simulation process, the design and implement of computing human joint moments online based on Jack platform are introduced, and the feasibility of human work postures is online evaluated by adopting the guideline of NIOSH81.
