Cytokines and Interstitial Nephropathy in Diabetic Patients

摘要 细胞因子是介导和调节免疫、炎症反应的小分子肽。近年研究表明细胞因子在糖尿病肾脏间质病变的发生、发展过程中具有十分重要的作用。本文就转化生长因子-β、结缔组织生长因子、肝细胞生长因子等细胞因子在糖尿病肾脏间质病变中的作用加以综述。 Cytokines mediated immune reactions and inflammation.It is a small molecule peptide.Rrecently studies suggest that cytokines play a major role in the development of interstitial nephropathy in diabetic patients.this review is about the mechanism of cytokines,such as transforming growth factor,connective tissue growth factor,hepatocyte growth factor,et al.
