摘要
全面深入地分析了冲床压塌块传统设计理论存在的问题,应用疲劳断裂理论和机械可靠性设计基本理论,深入分析了压塌块剪切破坏工作过程、失效机理及其剪切强度应具备的特性;明确指出压塌块保险系数的选择方法;建立了完整的压塌块机械可靠性设计理论,分析和明确指出提高压塌块工作可靠性和使用寿命的方法。
Problems in traditional design theories of shear plate type overload protector are completely and thoroughly analysed. Working process of the protector shearing fracture and failure mechanism of the protector and characteristics of shear strength of the protector are first thoroughly analysed in the light of fatigue fracture theories and mechanical reliability design basic theories.Method choosing safety factor is explicitly pointed out. Complete mechanical reliability design theories are first established. The method of increasing working reliability and sevice life of the protector is first analysed and explicitly pointed out.
