摘要
目的研制用于创伤修复的重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)原位凝胶。方法通过优化配制rhEGF原位凝胶,观察凝胶粘度与pH、结冷胶含量及Na^+浓度的关系,初步观察原位凝胶与复方抗菌凝胶及生理盐水对大鼠烧伤创面的生物学作用。结果对原位凝胶进行了配方的优化,发现其在生物学修复作用上显著优于对照生理盐水,与复方抗菌凝胶作用接近。本原位凝胶可初步应用于烧伤创面的修复,在生产和使用上具有方便性。
Objective To develop a recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) in situ gel for wound healing. Methods To observe relationship of in situ gel viscosity and some factors including pH, content of gellan gum and Na^+, and the bioactivities of would healing for the rats, then optimized the gel contents. Results The reaching optimized the contents of rhEGF in situ gel and then find out it's effect of wound healing better than normal saline, and equal to the compound rhEGF SD-Ag gel. For the convenience of production and using, the in situ gel could be use for the wound healing.
