摘要
法律规避是国际民商事法律关系中时常发生的一种现象,对该现象的有效处理,不仅涉及对国家法律尊严的维护,也能有效地推动国际民商事法律关系的发展.因此,必须在对法律规避现象的不断研究中,逐步完善我国的法律制度,促进我国同别国民商事交往的深入发展。
The evasion of law is a usual phenomenon in international civil commerce legal relation, and the effective treatment of this phenomenon not only relates to protecting legal dignity of a country but also pushes forward the development of international civil commerce legal relations. Thus, in continuous research on the evasion of law, China should gradually perfects China＇s laws and regulations to promote the development of civil commerce exchange between China and other countries.
