摘要
基于美洛昔康在硫酸酸性介质中对KMnO4-Na2SO3体系化学发光的增强现象,建立了测定美洛昔康的流动注射化学发光法.美洛昔康溶液的浓度在6.0×10^-8-2.0×10^-5mol/L范围内与化学发光强度呈现良好的线性关系,方法的检测限为4.8×10^-8mol/L.该法用于美洛昔康片剂的含量测定,平均回收率为97.8%.
A new flow-injection chemiluminescence method for assay meloxicam was set up. It is based on the phenomenon that in the medium of sulfate acid meloxicam can sensitize the chemiluminescence of KMnO4 -Na2SO3 system. Meloxicam have good linear relation with chemiluminescence intensity over the concentration range of 6.0 × 10^-8 - 2.0 × 10^-5 mol/L and the limit of detection of this method was 4.8 ×10^- 8 mol/L. The method was applied to detect meloxicam in tablet and the result of average recovery test was 97.8%.
