丰田液体肥对甜菜蔗糖代谢酶活性的影响

Effects of Fengtian Liquid Fertilizer on the Activities of Sucrose-metabolizing Enzymes in Sugarbeet

摘要 探讨了丰田液体肥对甜菜蔗糖代谢关键酶活性的影响。结果表明,丰田液体肥处理提高了甜菜叶片蔗糖磷酸合成酶、蔗糖合成酶的活性,降低了转化酶的活性。适宜浓度液体肥处理提高了甜菜的根产量、含糖率和产糖量。 The effects of Fengtian liquid fertilizer on sucrose-metabolizing enzymes in sugarbeet were investigated. The results showed that the Fengtian liquid fertilizer can affect on increasing the activities of sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) and sucrose synthase (SS), but decreasing the activities of invertase. The root yield, sugar content and sugar yield of sugarbeet were increased with suitable concentration of the Fengtian liquid fertilizer.
