摘要
讨论了用于研究细胞离子通道门控机制动力学模型的极低频磁场发生装置的设计。该装置能够发生的波形包含方波、三角波、正弦波,频率范围在10Hz-10KHz之间,磁场强度在0-100mT之间。波形的占空比可以调节在0.1-0.5之间。利用AT89S8252单片机,采用最小二乘拟合的方式以弥补波形发生芯片的非线形性,使波形达到了预定指标。
This paper introduces new design of Extremely low frequency magnetic field . This equipment can occur the profile contains the square-wave, the triangular wave, the sine wave, the frequency range between 10Hz-10 KHz, magnetic field strength between 0-100mT. The profile duty factor may adjust between 0.1-0.5. Using AT89S8252 monolithic integrated circuit, uses slightly two rides the fitting the way to make up the profile to have the chip insufficiency, enables the profile to achieve the predetermined target as far as possible.
