摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了5种芸香科植物陈皮、佛手、川楝子、木香、香附中铁、锰、铜、锌4种微量元素的含量。运用主成分分析法,对5种芸香科植物微量元素含量值进行了计算,获得了2个主成分及相应的主成分方程。
The contents of trace elements Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in five rutaceae family plants,tangerine peel,finger citron,fructus toosendan,banksian rose and nutagrass flatsedge rhizome,were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The content values of trace elements in the five rutaceae family plants were calculated using principal component analysis.Two principal components and their equations were obtained.
