孟鲁司特联合吸入型糖皮质激素治疗儿童哮喘138例 被引量：4

摘要 目的:观察白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特片联合吸入型糖皮质激素治疗儿童哮喘的疗效。方法:将138例儿童哮喘患儿分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特,观察临床症状、呼气峰流速(PEF)变异率及复发率。结果:治疗组临床控制时间为(5.36±0.94)d,与对照组相比具有统计学差异。治疗组PEF变异率明显高于对照组,其复发率明显低于对照组。结论:孟鲁司特片联合吸入激素治疗儿童哮喘可明显提高治疗效果。
