摘要
本文在介绍美国、加拿大高校教师管理背景及教师管理制度特点的基础上,归纳分析了美、加高校教师评价制度的基本模式及其主要特点,并就中国高校教师管理制度和评价制度提出了意见和建议。
This article sums up and analyzes the basic model and main characteristics of the teacher evaluation system in American and Canadian universities. And based on analysis of the background and characteristics of the teacher administration system in American and Canadian universities, this article puts forward some opinions and suggestion for Chinese administration and teacher evaluation system in higher education.
