摘要
目的：进一步评价松龄血脉康治疗高血压的临床效果。方法：应用２４小时动态血压仪及多普勒超声心动图诊断仪对５７例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病患者治疗前后的血压进行监测，并对其中２８例合并左室肥厚的患者进行多普勒超声心动图疗效评价。结果：多数患者服用松龄血脉康１周后，血压即开始明显下降，２～３周后维持在稳定水平；偶测收缩压、２４小时平均收缩压、白天平均收缩压、夜间平均收缩压、偶测舒张压、２４小时平均舒张压、白天平均舒张压及夜间平均舒张压均显著下降，治疗前后比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。能明显降低２４小时血压而不影响昼夜节律，未发现血压过度降低等现象。临床治疗的显效率、有效率和总有效率分别为６３．２％、２１．１％和８４．３％。对左室肥厚有逆转作用，使舒张期室间隔厚度及舒张期左室后壁厚度下降。结论：松龄血脉康具有降低血压、有效维持２４小时动态血压的效应作用，同时具有较好改善血液流变性、降低血粘度、调整血脂等作用，并能逆转左室肥厚。
Objective:To further evaluate the clinical effect of “song ling xue mai kang”(SLXMK)treating hypertensive.Methods:Fiftyseven cases of hypertension in phase Ⅰ,Ⅱ were monitored with dynamic blood pressure monitor and Dopple's ultrasonic cardiogram (UCG) before and after administration.In addition,28 cases complicated by left ventricle hypertrophy were evaluated for therapeutic efficacy using Dopple's UCG.Results:In majority patients,blood pressure were dropped evidently after administrating SLXMK for 7 days and can be maintainable constant value after 2￣3 weeks.The blood pressure examined by chance,the mean systolic and diastolic pressure in 24 hours course,in daytime and at night were dropped significantly.Also,there were obvious differences between preand posttreatment( P <0 05～0 01).In addition,SLXMK could decrease blood pressure obviously in 24 hours course,but not influence the circadian rhythm and it didn't resulting in hypotension.The extreme effective rate,the effective rate and total effective rate were 63 2%,21 1% and 84 3% respectively.On the other hand,this drug could reverse the left ventricle hypertrophy and could reduce the thickness in diastolic ventricle septa and in diastolic left posterior wall.Conclusions:SLXMK can lower blood pressure,maintain effect of dynamic blood pressure value for 24 hours course,improve hemorrheology,decrease blood viscosity,modulate serum lipid and so on.SLXMK is an effective drug for antihypertension and it can reverse left ventricle hypertrophy.
