摘要
[目的]了解宁波市鲜活水产品恩诺沙星残留现状。[方法]共采集样品230份,采用荷兰Euro-diagnostica公司酶联免疫试剂盒进行恩诺沙星的检测。[结果]恩诺沙星含量中位数23.25μg/kg,检出率32.9%。蟹类水产品恩诺沙星超标较为严重,最高达322.1μg/kg。奉化和镇海区率较高(62.5%和73.3%)。[结论]宁波市部分鲜活水产品恩诺沙星超标较严重,需加强水产养殖、暂养、销售各个环节恩诺沙星使用的管理。
To determine levels of enrofloxacin residue in aquatic foods in Ningbo.[Methods]Enrofloxacin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay(ELISA)in 230 samples collected from 35 random places.[Results]The detecting median and rate of enrofloxacin was 23.25 μg/kg and 32.9%. The maximal content of enrofloxacin,322.1 μg/kg,is detected in a hairy crab. The detecting rate,62.5% and 73.3% in Fenghua and Zhenhai district is higher than that in other districts.[Conclusion]There lies high detecting content and rate of enrofloxacin in some aquatic foods in Ningbo. We should intensify the supervision of the application of enrofloxacin during breeding and selling aquatic foods.
