摘要
目的了解目前成都市社区卫生服务机构的慢病管理运行现状。方法问卷调查,半结构式访谈。结果目前成都市社区卫生服务机构慢病管理总体情况尚可,同时也存在政府投入不足,人员结构不合理、素质不高、数量不足,慢病管理信息系统没有真正建立等问题。
objective To understand the situation of chronic diseases management in Chengdu community health service organizations. Methods Questionnaire survey and semi - framework interview were used. Results At present, the total situation of chronic diseases management in Chengdu community health service organizations was good, however, there were some problems need to be solved, such as the inadequate input from the government, unreasonable personnel composition , low personnel quality, lack of personnel and the chronic disease management information system was not really established, and so on.
